On October 2 and 3, 2009 there will be an opportunity to be involved with an international film festival, and we are inviting you to be a part of the event. This dynamic community event, put on by the BABY! International Film Festival, will include films about birth, breastfeeding and parenting followed by interactive panel discussions. The topics will focus on getting babies and families off to a good start. We are currently seeking sponsors for the event and wanted to let you in on this fantastic opportunity to connect your name with the local birthing and family community. Sponsorship levels vary but depending on the level you choose will include your name or logo on 4000 postcards that will be distributed throughout the greater Orlando and Central Florida area. Your name or logo will also go out with the thousands of e-newsletters that advertise this program, and you will be mentioned as a sponsor with any other advertising that we do (including Face Book but excluding calendar placements). Your name and logo will also appear on the BABY! International Film Festival website in the section reserved for the Orlando event. In addition you will be included in a slide show that will play several times during the event, and you will be able to place your cards and brochures on a networking table. The following are rates for the B.I.F.F. Program Guide. The Program Guide is a handsome, professionally designed and produced program with full-color covers. The Program Guide will be available to all filmgoers and participating filmmakers and sponsors.

 

For $400 you can get your company's face on the big screen! All slides will be shown on the big screen between every program section for the entire event. Slide program will cycle twice each time it is shown. There are four (4) program sections. We will announce the ad and sponsor slide show and verbally give thanks to the advertisers and sponsors. All commercials will be shown on the big screen between every program section for the entire festival. Slide program will cycle twice each time it is shown.

 

The BABY! International Film Festival runs over two consecutive days with great exposure for your business or service to the film-going public. For $150 you can reserve a table and two chairs (which will be provided for you) for your marketing needs.
